1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Top Notch Detailing, operated by Marbs Silvano (Sole Proprietor) ("we", "us", or "our"), located at 789 Ware Cir, West Chester, PA 19382. By booking, scheduling, or receiving any service, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
We provide mobile auto detailing services including, but not limited to, exterior washing, interior detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating application. Specific services, pricing, and timing are confirmed at booking. We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles deemed unsafe, excessively soiled, or hazardous.
3. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments must be confirmed via phone, text, or email. Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the quoted service total.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for removing personal items, valuables, and electronics from the vehicle prior to service. We are not liable for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle. For mobile services, the Client must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location to perform the service. Access to water and electricity may be required for some services unless a self-contained package is arranged in advance.
6. Vehicle Condition & Pricing
Quotes are based on the Client's description of the vehicle's condition. Upon inspection, if the vehicle requires substantially more work than described (e.g., pet hair, biohazards, heavy contamination, excessive scratches), we reserve the right to adjust pricing or decline the service. The Client will be notified before any additional charges are incurred.
7. Limitation of Liability
We use professional-grade products and proven techniques. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: faded or oxidized paint, clear coat failure, rust, prior aftermarket modifications, loose trim, malfunctioning electronics, or wear and tear. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
8. Satisfaction & Re-Service
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will work in good faith to address the concern, which may include a re-service of the affected area at no additional charge. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
9. Weather & Scheduling
Certain services, particularly exterior detailing and ceramic coating, are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. We will provide as much advance notice as practical.
10. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to provide service and communicate with you (name, contact information, vehicle details, service history). We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We may contact you about your appointment, follow-up service, or promotions; you may opt out at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
